To understand about the colour schemes you must understand the three categories of colour and how they are interelated on the colour wheel.The three categories of colour are;

2.Tertiary colours.
These colours are arranged on a colour wheel in the same way as those on the rainbow,except that they are twelve colours.There are three primary colours, three secondary colours and six tertiary colours.
