When you take a bicycle wheel and  you bisect it through 180 degrees ,and also you bisect it 180 degrees to form 90 degrees, you will realize that it forms quadrants. When you take one perpendicular  bisector and label it A and B, and rotate it clockwise and anti-clockwise through an angle of 180, and assume your performing the operation on a Cartesian plane, you will see a unique behavior.
