Lesson development

Hydrological cycle is a continous movement of water from the earth surface to the atmosphere and back to the earth surface. This involves a number of processes such as evaporation, condensation and cooling of water. After precipitation has occurred water runs of the earths surface in the process referred to as surface run-off. Water then moves vertically into the ground the process called infiltration. Percolation is the process by which water moves horizontally between rocks.
